Roasted Chick Pea Snack!

Today I thought I would write about one of my favorite healthier snacks I like to make at home when I am feeling in the mood for them!
They are called “Roasted Chick Pea Snacks” and the beautiful thing about them is that you can make them to any which way you prefer. I like to make mine as Chili flavored because it adds a little kick to the snack.

You can either use canned chick peas or dried chick peas (non-canned), which I prefer non-canned chick peas because they are healthier! The only downside to dried chick peas is the fact you need to soak them for about 12 hours, but let me tell you it is worth it!

Here is my recipe:

-3 Cups of Chick Peas (or 2 cans)
-drizzle olive oil on the chick peas in a container (some recommend 2 tablespoons)
-add which ever spice you wish
-Mix the spice & Olive oil into the chick peas
next you are going to want to evenly layer the chick peas on a baking sheet and cook at 400°F for 30 to 40 minutes.
